For custom enquiries, please email us with photos or ideas if available. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Visit our shop at Regent Arcade, Adelaide to see and feel our leathers in person. You're also welcome to bring your own sample — we can craft a brand new piece inspired by your favourite design, in your choice of leather and colour. These are sample designs — not necessarily ready-made stock. Each piece is individually handcrafted to order.

How Custom Orders Work

Submit Your Request

Tell us what you're after — share photos, sketches, or describe your idea. The more detail, the better.

We Review & Send a Quote

We assess the details and provide a clear quote. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Approve & Pay Deposit

Once you approve the quote, a deposit is required to begin work. The deposit amount depends on the complexity of the piece.

Final Balance on Completion

The remaining balance is due before collection or shipping.

Deposit Policy

Custom-made orders require a deposit after the quote has been approved. The amount depends on the type of item, materials required, and complexity of the work.

  • Simple custom orders: usually around 20% to 30% deposit
  • Complex or bespoke orders: may require 30% to 50% deposit
  • Repairs & restoration: quote first, then payment or deposit depending on the job
