Shipping Policy

1. In-Store Pickup

All products purchased online are available for free in-store pickup at our Rundle Mall location:

Regent Arcade, Shop 12, 101 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when picking up.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD — delivered within 5-7 business days via Australia Post.
  • Express Shipping: $18.00 AUD — delivered within 2-3 business days via Australia Post Express.
  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.

All shipments include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

3. Processing Time

  • Ready-made products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom orders: Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the item. You will be advised of the estimated completion time when placing your order.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping for online orders. For international enquiries, please contact us directly at ozerbasi@hotmail.com to discuss options.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
  • Ozcan Leather is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or items lost after delivery confirmation.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered digitally — no shipping is required. You will receive your gift card code immediately after purchase, which can be saved as an image or copied for sharing.
