Refund & Returns Policy

1. Shop Products

We want you to love your Ozcan Leather purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at ozerbasi@hotmail.com or call us on 0422 344 884 with your order number.
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

3. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

5. Repair Services

Due to the nature of repair and restoration work, refunds are generally not available once the service has commenced. If you are unhappy with the quality of a completed repair, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law — if a service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy.

6. Custom Orders & Deposits

  • Deposits paid for custom-made items are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • If a custom order is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
  • Custom-made items are produced to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

7. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
