2. Products & Services

- We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to the natural characteristics of leather.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) or service(s) selected.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
- An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully processed.
4. Custom Orders
- Custom orders require a deposit before work commences.
- Custom items are made to your specifications and are therefore non-refundable once work has begun.
- Estimated completion times are provided as a guide and may vary.
- You will be notified when your custom order is ready for collection or dispatch.
5. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store for any product or service.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Partial redemption is permitted; the remaining balance will be retained on the gift card.
- Ozcan Leather is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later (Afterpay)
We offer Afterpay as a payment option at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free instalments.
- Afterpay is available for eligible purchases as determined by Afterpay's approval process.
- By choosing Afterpay, you agree to Afterpay's Terms of Service.
- Afterpay payments are subject to Afterpay's own policies regarding late fees, payment schedules, and eligibility. Please review their terms before proceeding.
- Refunds for Afterpay purchases will be processed back through Afterpay. Afterpay will adjust your remaining instalments accordingly.
- Ozcan Leather is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by Afterpay for late or missed payments.
- Afterpay may not be available for all products or order amounts. Minimum and maximum order values may apply.
